Laura Renteria is the Business Office and Billing Administrator at Jarrett Orthopaedic Rehabilitation (JOR). With over 35 years of experience in medical office management, Laura is dedicated to streamlining office operations to enhance the experiences of both patients and staff. Throughout her career in diverse health professions—including physical therapy, audiology, and otolaryngology—she has successfully optimized processes for both the front office and billing operations.

At JOR, Laura manages all aspects of financial billing and oversees insurance verifications and authorizations, ensuring patients have a clear understanding of their coverage and costs. Her proactive approach helps minimize surprises and provides patients with the information and support they need throughout their care. In addition to her administrative responsibilities, Laura is the welcoming face of the practice, greeting patients both on the phone and at the front desk. She also leads marketing initiatives, building relationships with local physicians to promote the services JOR has to offer.
